WHAT TO EXPECT

• Developing long-term, strong partnerships within the bicycle retail sector in Berlin and the surrounding area
• Active presence in your sales region through regular dealer visits, personal consultations, and authentic presentations of our bikes
• Analyzing market potential and implementing modern sales and service concepts
• Supporting dealers with forecasting, preorders, and assortment decisions
• Representing our brands at trade fairs, roadshows, and training events

WHAT CONVINCES US

• A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with sales experience (ideally in field sales)
• Solid professional experience in the bike industry
• Strong communication skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and a confident, positive demeanor
• Enjoyment of regular customer contact in field sales
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM software
