During your training at HARTJE, you will gain comprehensive insights into the varied areas of responsibility of a European wholesale company. Right from the start of the training, you will be working independently on projects. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will know exactly what you enjoy most, where your strengths lie, and how best to apply your skills.

Management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade management – specialising in wholesale
Merchants for wholesale and foreign trade management procure goods domestically and abroad for industrial or trading companies in every economic sector. They are responsible for all goods-related and customer-related services. At HARTJE, you will be in close contact with customers, suppliers and manufacturers. You will be responsible for consulting, processing complaints and organising shipping. During your vocational training, you will cycle through all the relevant departments. This includes Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehousing, Marketing and e-Commerce.
Mediengestalter:in – Fachrichtung Gestaltung & Technik
Bist du kreativ und hast ein gutes Gespür für Design und Technik? Dann ist diese Ausbildung genau das Richtige für dich! Als Teil unserer Marketingabteilung wirst du spannende Projekte von Print bis Digital realisieren. Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und lernst dabei alle Bereiche kennen – von Screendesign über Display Ads und Social Media bis hin zu klassischen Katalogproduktionen und Corporate Publishing.
Warehouse logistics specialist
A warehouse logistics specialist’s job starts the moment the customer clicks the order button. During your vocational training at HARTJE, you will receive all kinds of deliveries. You will check the type, condition and quantity of each delivery using the accompanying documents, so that the delivered goods can be further processed or sold. Your remit also includes the proper storage, order picking, packaging and safe loading of goods onto trucks. At the latest in your third year, you will get fully stuck in to our warehouse logistics. We will help you become a professional in route planning, implementing loading instructions and calculating key warehouse figures.
Zweiradmechatroniker:in – Fachrichtung Fahrradtechnik
Ob mit Muskelkraft betrieben oder motorisiert: Zweiradmechatroniker:innen warten und reparieren alles, was zwei Räder hat. Während Deiner Ausbildung bei HARTJE lötest, schweißt, reparierst und montierst Du mit handwerklichem Geschick Fahrräder und E-Bikes ganz nach Kundenwunsch. Auch die Reklamations- und Garantieabwicklung für unsere Fachhändler fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich. Darüber hinaus bist Du die Ansprechperson für Händler und Hersteller von Einzelteilen. Du durchläufst bei uns alle wichtigen Abteilungen, die Du für eine berufliche Karriere benötigst. Hierzu gehören die Bereiche Montage, Lagerbereich und Kundendienst.
Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung
Entdecke unsere IT-Infrastruktur und werde Teil unseres Teams. Vom ersten Tag an unterstützt du uns bei vielfältigen Aufgaben: Teste und betreue bestehende Anwendungen, entwickle neue Softwaresysteme, analysiere Anforderungen und erstelle benutzerfreundliche Bedienoberflächen. Verwalte Datenbanken, sichere die Softwarequalität, erstelle Dokumentationen und tauche ins Projektmanagement ein.
Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration
Tauche ein in die Welt der IT und lerne unsere gesamte Infrastruktur kennen – von Servern über Netzwerke bis hin zu Clients. Unterstütze uns ab dem ersten Tag bei vielfältigen Aufgaben und spannenden IT-Projekten. Du betreust unsere Mitarbeitenden mithilfe unseres Ticketing-Tools, analysierst und behebst IT-Fehler, installierst und konfigurierst Hard- und Software, sorgst für Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit und nutzt dabei moderne Technologien wie Cloud Computing (z.B. Microsoft 365).
