Duales Studium Betriebswirtschaft (B.A.)
Die Hochschule Bremen schafft die theoretische Basis, die bei uns lebendig wird. Während Deiner Praxisphasen lernst du HARTJE und die zentralen Bereiche eines modernen Großhandelsunternehmens kennen – zum Beispiel Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, IT, Produktion oder Marketing.
Du übernimmst erste Aufgaben, verstehst Zusammenhänge und spezialisierst Dich am Ende auf den Bereich, der wirklich zu Dir passt.
Das Beste: Du kannst zusätzlich die Ausbildung zur Kauffrau bzw. zum Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement absolvieren und Dir neben Deinem Bachelorabschluss auch noch einen anerkannten Berufsabschluss sichern.

Our bicycle business is highly dynamic and international, and can offer a wide range of attractive opportunities, especially for young people starting out in their career. You are guaranteed to be given exciting projects and jobs with real responsibility. In addition, you will acquire the necessary basic knowledge in a three-day rotation at our state-recognised partner, the International University, which you can apply directly in the later practical phases.
You will gain intensive insights into our specialist departments (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics & Manufacturing, Digital Services & Solutions, Marketing, Financial Accounting, etc.), and you will also gain familiarity with interfacing areas and internal processes. This comprehensive view will teach you everything you need to know about our industry and our day-to-day business. The perfect foundation if you want to specialise in one area in the future.
What sets you apart:
- At the start of your studies, you will have an advanced technical certificate (technical baccalaureate) or a general higher education entrance qualification (school leaving examination)
- You have a good knowledge of mathematics and are interested in business relationships and processes
- You have good time management skills and work well independently
- You are open to new situations and projects
- You are not afraid of complex issues and challenges
- You can work well in a team and enjoy dealing with people
