Duales Studium - Digital Business
Unser staatlich anerkannter Partner – die IU – vermittelt dir die Theorie, die du bei uns direkt anwenden kannst. Du startest mit wichtigen Grundlagen, indem du sowohl unsere Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Einkauf, Produktmanagement, Logistik, Produktion, Buchhaltung, Marketing) als auch unsere Systeme und Betriebsabläufe intensiv kennenlernst. Von Semester zu Semester vertiefst du dein Wissen als Teil unseres Teams HARTJE Digital (Schwerpunkt E-Commerce). Dabei lernst du, worauf es sowohl online als auch offline ankommt, begleitest anspruchsvolle Praxisprojekte und setzt dich mit spannenden Themen auseinander – von der Betreuung von Webshops über die Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen bis hin zur Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse von Marketingmaßnahmen mit technischem Fokus. In addition, you will acquire the necessary basic knowledge in a three-day rotation at our state-recognised partner, the International University, which you can apply directly in the later practical phases.
You will gain intensive insights into our specialist departments (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics & Manufacturing, Digital Services & Solutions, Marketing, Financial Accounting, etc.), and you will also gain familiarity with interfacing areas and internal processes. This comprehensive view will teach you everything you need to know about our industry and our day-to-day business. The perfect foundation if you want to specialise in one area in the future.
