Our HARTJE EOS Web order system makes handling your orders even easier, thanks to its availability indicator, quick item search and online ordering option. And now, you also save valuable time with item scanning via barcode or QR code in just a few seconds using the HARTJE EOS App.
Automobile Online Shop – HARTJE Carparts
Huge selection, refined item search: Find the car parts you need even more quickly in our extensive product range with the HCP (previously webELEKAT) self-learning search function. On top of all the functions that you, as a car workshop or dealer, expect from a modern online parts catalogue, HCP offers a range of interfaces for all the popular accounting programs (DMS) on the market.

Our returns service, repair service and technical service, including spare parts management, are the optimal addition to our extensive HARTJE services. Many years of experience in our field and processes that are individually tailored to the needs of our dealers lay the foundation for our rapid returns processing.
Ordered today, delivered tomorrow
You can rely on the HARTJE "blue fleet": Thanks to comprehensive warehousing and in-house logistics, we can respond to customer needs without delay, a tried-and-tested concept that has proven itself crisis-proof, especially in recent years. But what is the secret behind HARTJE’s deliveries? Take a look behind the scenes.
1. Order placement
At HARTJE, you can order your products by telephone or email, depending on the department and sector – personal consultation included. We have access to a product range of more than 660,000 available items. More than 100,000 of these are continuously in stock.
2. Preparing the shipment
Within moments of your order being placed, it arrives in our shipping department – directly where your items are stored. All immediately available parts are gathered (picked) without any additional paper documentation and compiled for you right away. This saves time and materials.
3. Pack check
Better safe than sorry: before packing, our employees check the item numbers on the packing slip against the contents one last time. Then, all the items are packed in one package if possible, the shipping label is applied – and off it goes!
4. Sorting
On the distributor belt, all the packages are sorted according to the respective delivery route. The incoming order and destination determine which shipments are dispatched first: express orders come first, then lorry deliveries. Bicycles are shipped via special delivery routes.
5. Loading
Our loading teams are a hard-working bunch: every day, they ship an average of 8,500 orders with 125,000 individual items. For direct shipping to the surrounding area, we use our blue vans. Longer journeys are completed by lorry.
6. Transport
On the road from morning ‘til night: depending on the delivery route, destination and shipping type, our HARTJE lorry drivers switch vehicles at the halfway point of their journey. This keeps driving times from getting too long and prevents unnecessary empty trips.
7. Interim storage
Part of our success concept: all our sales offices in the bicycle/bicycle parts division have dedicated interim warehouses. The advantage: goods can be forwarded onward as quickly as they arrive. If a package has been assigned to the next delivery trip, the drivers set off on their defined route from dealer to dealer.
8. Handover
HARTJE drivers and their arrival at the same time every day make our customers’ daily work lives easier. Shipping costs are only charged once per journey, not per package. After the handover and signature, it’s on to the next customer.
