    Are you not yet a HARTJE customer, but would like to take advantage of our extensive product range and comprehensive services for bicycle, automotive or motorcycle dealers? Welcome! Simply complete the customer master data form, carefully read our General Terms and Conditions and register with us.     Returns and claims

    Would you like to return a new product, claim for delivery damage or return incorrectly ordered parts? No problem. It’s this easy to return your order:

    • Repair or exchange of your item for the purpose of guarantee and warranty claims: please complete the warranty claim form carefully and return it to us by email or fax.
    • Returning goods: Please complete the returns slip and enclose it with your return shipment.
