Gone are the days of time-consuming ordering of a shifting group or the selection of a suitable wheel: HARTJE shifting group and wheel configurators allow you to effortlessly design customised wheels for your customers. The user-friendly tools offer efficient access to high-quality components and uncomplicated configuration of your products - with just a few clicks.
The shifting groups configurator
A complete shifting group consists of various parts - clicking them together individually in myHartje would be very complex. This is why the shifting group configurator clearly lists all common shifting groups from SRAM, Shimano and Campagnolo, with all parts of the group and including the selection options. In the clearly structured table, you can choose from the possible gearshift variants, the possible brake types and, if available, the colour.
For almost all parts there is the essential information as well as a cropped image for viewing.
Depending on the groupset, there are further options, such as cranksets, bottom brackets and cassettes. The brake discs and brake lines can also be selected in various lengths, for example. The prices are also clearly listed with the discount structure, which is adjusted with each selection at the same time.
The HARTJE wheel configurator
You can use the HARTJE wheel configurator to order a large selection of standard wheels in stock immediately. But above all, the configurable wheels offer an even greater variety of options for ordering a wheel according to (customer) wishes. You can select: the wheel size from 12 ½'' to 28'' as well as the rim design, whether it's tall sidewall, doublewall, box or Westwood. You have a choice of brand, number of holes, colour and brake compatibility. When you select the hole selection for the rim, the selection of hubs with their number of holes is automatically adjusted. Nine different types of spokes made of zinc or stainless steel in various thicknesses and silver or black complete the wheel.
The configurator generally excludes non-compatible combinations. There is detailed information on each part, such as which cassette fits. Your dealer purchase price and the recommended retail price are also indicated.
And when you have finished putting together the rear wheel, you can display the matching front wheel at the same time. Please note the specified production time when ordering!
The motorcycle & scooter chain kit configurator
When it comes to finding the right chain kit for a motorbike quickly and easily, the chain kit configurator from HARTJE helps you in a few simple steps. The tool can be used to find the desired version according to quality, colour and number of teeth. First select the right bike in the model search - this can be done by brand, model name, type designation, year of manufacture and performance.
In the selection mask, chain kits with chain, chain wheel and sprocket including chain link from the market leaders RK and D.I.D. can then be put together individually. Information such as pitch, tensile strength and chain link type is always listed.
You can select the quality levels - Premium, Standard, Silent - and usually the colour of the chain as well as the number of teeth on the sprocket and chain wheel. Sprocket bolt, spacer bolt or a shock absorber set can be selected as an option. The respective WHSL and MSRP are always displayed.
The motorbike & scooter quick finder
The model finder is the essential filter function at HARTJE for finding all suitable parts for a specific motorbike or scooter. The database contains over 50,000 models. The desired model can be selected by brand, model, sales designation, type code, year of manufacture and engine power. Once the model has been selected, myHartje only shows the matching parts, but all other selection options remain available.
Assembly of braided stainless steel brake lines
HARTJE is certified for the manufacture of customised braided stainless steel brake lines for Speedbrakes. The high-quality brake lines can be selected via myHartje in terms of length, the colour of the connections and the sheathing as well as the type of connection (ring or rotary connection with different angles). The colleagues at HARTJE assemble the braided stainless steel lines, which are then delivered together with a TÜV certificate.
Paint mixing bench for your vehicles
We can mix manufacturer-specific paints and colours for motor vehicles and motorbikes using our MIPA paint mixing bench. Solid colours are also possible, for example according to the RAL code. You can order the following containers: brush can (50 ml), spray can (400 ml) and cans in 500 ml, 1000 ml and 5000 ml. When ordering, you must specify the vehicle, the colour code or designation or the vehicle identification number.p>
