How does my dream bike work?
Use the configuration tool for customer consultations: After speaking with the customer, you can put together the CONTOURA model with their chosen features in just a few clicks.
It's easy to configure a CONTOURA entirely based on your customer's requests:
- Choose the right frame shape and size, as well as the desired colour and other optional features. The configuration tool shows the customer exactly how their chosen colour and shape will look.
- Would the customer like customised text? The buyer has the option to choose customised text up to 17 characters long (including spaces) on the lower tube – to create their perfect dream bike!
- Has the customer finished configuring their bike? Then you can submit the order to HARTJE in just one click. After the order, you will receive the bike – handmade in Hoya – and make the final adjustments for the client.
Is your customer still trying to decide? You can save your configuration and edit it later.
