Phone support
Our customer service representatives will do their very best to solve your issue over the phone. Any spare parts you may need will be sent to you directly to minimise repair times at your garage. That will also result in improved customer satisfaction.
Replacement of complex components
For larger or seemingly insurmountable issues, our colleagues will collect HARTJE brand bikes and e-bikes directly from your location. In the case of e-bikes, we also handle the removal or installation of any drive systems for our HARTJE bikes. We will usually replace defective parts on site and take charge of all communication with the manufacturers.


All-round service
We are your direct contact for handling all your HARTJE guarantee and warranty claims and exchanges with manufacturers. Once repaired, we will deliver the fully functional bikes right back to the door of your shop.

Returns service
When it comes to returning new merchandise, handling issues with delivery damage or incorrectly ordered individual parts, we take care of processing your end customers' returns for you. Our returns service, repair service and technical service, as well as our spare parts management, perfectly round off our comprehensive HARTJE Services for bikes. Our many years in the industry, and processes that are tailored specifically to the needs of our retailers, create the basis for our rapid returns processing.
Do you need to return bicycles, e-bikes, spare parts or bike component parts to us? This is how you do it:
1. Provide detailed information
Please always have the following information at hand to allow us to process your request speedily:
- Order number
- Delivery note no./Sales receipt
- Customer number
- Description of the issue
- Item number
- Item description
2. Fill out the form
A goods return may be considered in lieu of the repair or exchange of your items for guarantee and warranty claims. Please complete the warranty claim form carefully and return it to us by email or fax.

3. Prepare the return
Mark off the following checklist before you package the bicycle and send it back:
- Incorrect bicycles delivered: The item is returned in its original packaging and free of any damage.
- New products: Remove any labels or price tags you have attached.
- Disassembly: Make sure that the pedals are unscrewed and the handlebars are pointing in the direction of travel. For e-bikes, remove the battery and enclose it loose in the return package.
- Any parts added in retrospect: Remove all retrofitted parts, e.g. locks, child seat holders, on-board computers or lights.
