Many regions are in the so-called express service area and are supplied several times a week. From the retailer's point of view, this is an invaluable advantage because a) storage costs are minimised and stock turnover increases, and b) goods returns are handled seamlessly as needed!
Over time, our customers and our delivery drivers develop excellent relationships based on trust. And we welcome and encourage these relationships! Our large fleet of blue HARTJE vehicles and our friendly delivery drivers have long since become synonymous for our brand. They exemplify one of the cornerstones of our company philosophy: proximity to and close contact with our customers – from the time our goods are delivered!

Our transport of goods: quick, secure and reliable
Around 125,000 individual items in 8,500 orders are carried along the roads of Germany every day in our “blue fleet”. HARTJE trucks and vans reliably deliver our goods to specialist retailers and consumers throughout Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Denmark.
Punctuality, care and reliability are our top priorities to ensure that bicycles, their accessories, spare parts and accessories for scooters, motorcycles and vehicle parts reach their destination undamaged. And if you ever need something short notice, or one of your customers isn’t entirely happy: no problem! We handle express orders or product returns quickly and seamlessly.
