Available through the MeinHARTJE B2B portal, the new tool makes it easier than ever for dealers to configure and order wheels tailored to their exact requirements. Step by step, the redesigned configurator guides users through an expanded selection of rims, hubs, and spokes, resulting in a perfectly matched wheelset that benefits from HARTJE's in-house logistics for fast delivery.

The new HARTJE Wheel Configurator can be accessed with just a few clicks after logging in via meinhartje.com , or directly at wheel-configurator. Planned and developed by HARTJE's Digital Department, the new system has undergone extensive testing and has already seen a successful rollout.

The growing range of standard production wheels under the CONTEC brand alone currently offers more than 800 possible configurations, covering virtually every area of use—from classic 28-inch city wheels with hub dynamos and high-performance 29-inch mountain bike wheels with tubeless-ready rims to robust 20-inch cargo bike wheels with premium cassette hubs.

In addition to standard production wheels, the configurator also enables fully custom-built wheels with virtually unlimited configuration options, right down to the choice of the spoke colour. The Right Wheel in Just a Few Clicks

Building the ideal wheel is straightforward and intuitive. Users can begin either by selecting a rim, wheel size, and wheel type, or by choosing a hub, starting with either a front or rear wheel. The final step before adding the completed wheel to the shopping cart is selecting the appropriate spokes.

For hubs, filters include manufacturer, specific hub model, spoke hole count, installation width, and axle type.

For rims, users can filter by features such as valve type and whether the spoke holes are single eyeleted, double eyeleted, or non-eyeleted. Detailed product information for every component provides additional guidance throughout the selection process. To ensure technical compatibility, the configurator automatically excludes any combinations of rims, hubs, and spokes that cannot be built.
