HARTJE Motorrad takes over distribution of Ufo Plast from 2024
The Moto division of HARTJE KG is entering the off-road segment and thus consistently expanding its range: From January 2024, the full-range supplier from Hoya will also distribute the products of the Italian company Ufo Plast.
When it comes to plastic parts for off-road bikes and enduros, Ufo Plast is second to none. The plastics specialist from Tuscany, founded in 1977, offers a wide range of parts such as fenders, side panels, and headlight masks for almost all relevant brands – all "Made in Italy". In addition, Ufo Plast also offers high-quality off-road clothing, helmets, boots, protectors for riders and vehicles, and many other products – all with the best quality and an excellent price-performance ratio.
At EICMA, we finalized everything and will start distributing Ufo Plast in Germany in January 2024. We have almost all product groups on offer, except for plastic parts," explains Jens Engelking, Head of Automotive & Moto at Hartje. "The partnership with Ufo Plast marks our entry into the off-road market, a segment we will soon expand with other brands," adds Jolene Endler, project manager at Hartje. "Motocross bikes and everything that goes with them are particularly close to my heart, as I also enjoy riding off-road in my free time."
For over 40 years, Ufo Plast has been producing in Italy at the highest quality level and in accordance with EU standards for environmental protection and labor law. The company has over 1,500 molds and can thus offer perfectly fitting spare parts for motorcycles of numerous brands, such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, or Beta. This makes Ufo Plast's range the largest in the world in this segment.
