The Bike Sizing Process

First, a contactless body scan is performed using AI technology. All relevant body measurements are automatically entered into the system.

After selecting a bike, the appropriate frame size and seat height are displayed.
3.
Now the bike can be adjusted to fit you, and you're ready for your first ride.
Smartfit Q4
The Smartfit Q4 is a true all-rounder—thanks to precise laser technology, we can accurately measure and adjust your body and your bike. This allows us to provide quick bike sizing as well as a bike fitting, during which the bike is ergonomically tailored to you. This way, you'll get a bike that's perfectly tailored to you in no time.
The Bike Fitting Process

For a bike fitting, we measure not only you but also your bike. To do this, we place your bike on the Q4 and measure it using a laser.
2.
Then we can determine the seating position that’s perfectly tailored to you and your preferences (e.g., riding style).
3.
Now the bike is ergonomically adjusted for you, and you're ready for your next ride.
