It is a real milestone for Hermann Hartje KG: The full-range supplier from Hoya will now exclusively take over the distribution of all bicycle parts from Magneti Marelli Parts & Services. The leading company in the independent aftermarket offers a very wide-ranging selection, from electrical parts and engine components to wear parts in all areas and workshop equipment.
There is a new player in the field of parts suppliers for motorcycles and scooters: Magneti Marelli Parts & Services SpA. Really new? This question is more than justified, as there is probably no motorcycle and car mechanic who has not worked with parts from Magneti Marelli in their daily work. This is not surprising, as the traditional manufacturer, founded in 1919, is not only one of the oldest but also one of the largest parts suppliers worldwide.
However, the truly new player is the recently established \"Parts & Services\" subsidiary, where the aftermarket activities are bundled. With this new sales channel, Magneti Marelli's vast portfolio will now also be available to \"small\" dealers and workshops. HARTJE has now been appointed as the sole partner for German parts distribution by the Milan-based distribution specialist Bergamaschi, which acts as a logistics center for all European markets.
“It is a great vote of confidence for Hermann Hartje KG that we have been chosen as the exclusive distribution partner for Moto parts from Magneti Marelli for Germany,” explains Jens Engelking, Head of AutoMoto at HARTJE. “This brings our already extensive range to a new level, as there is literally almost nothing that is not included in Magneti Marelli's offering. The range extends from small standard wear parts to repair kits and all kinds of engine components, to special fairing and chassis elements for individual models. Especially in the field of electronics and electrics, the portfolio is extremely diverse.”
The team at HARTJE is currently in the process of adding the individual part groups to the product database. In the second half of 2024, Magneti Marelli's products will be gradually available for order from the full-range supplier in Hoya, depending on availability.
