The CONTEC HTM 2.0 is compatible with selected models from the brands QiO, Victoria, Conway, and Contoura, allowing the installation of four different front carriers. CONTEC HTM 2.0: “Make More of Your Bike!”
The new HTM 2.0 from CONTEC is an innovative Headtube Mount System that enables standardized mounting of various sturdy front carriers. In the future, selected models of the HARTJE bicycle brands QiO, Victoria, Conway, and Contoura will be equipped with standardized M5 mounting points in the head tube as a universal interface for front carrier variants. The bicycle manufacturer and wholesaler from Lower Saxony is thus pursuing a shared-parts strategy that allows HARTJE customers to sell one system across four brands. “With the new CONTEC HTM 2.0 system, we’re opening up entirely new possibilities for modern everyday cycling: maximum functionality, smart integration, and stylish design – under the motto: ‘Make more of your bike.’ For retailers, this means: full sales potential with minimal inventory. Just four variants cover all needs and create space for targeted additional sales,” explains CONTEC Brand Manager René Preuß.
Four Front Carrier Variants, One Universal Interface
The HTM series from CONTEC includes four different front carrier variants, all with the same mount. Each model is made of powder-coated aluminum and ISO 11243 certified.
CONTEC HTM.KF
The HTM.KF is the front carrier with integrated Klickfix mount and carries up to seven kilograms. It is designed for bags or baskets with Klickfix adapters. Its tilt can be adjusted up to 6.5° and the head tube width is adjustable from 56–80 mm. MSRP is €59.95.
CONTEC HTM.KF QIO
Tailored for QiO bikes: The HTM.KF QIO with Klickfix mount is designed in a specific build and precisely fits the head tube of QiO compact bike models. It carries up to seven kilograms. MSRP is €59.95.
CONTEC HTM.TRAY S MIK
With the HTM.TRAY S MIK, CONTEC has developed a front carrier that, in addition to MIK compatibility, offers several extras for cyclists. It features integrated eyelets for headlight mounts and dual mounting options for bottle and folding lock holders. The carrier is suitable for baskets, bags, or boxes with MIK system up to 15 kilograms. MSRP is €89.95.
CONTEC HTM.TRAY M
The HTM.TRAY M is the SUV among the front carriers in the new CONTEC series. It has a loading area of 20x30 cm, suitable for transporting standard Euro boxes. The maximum load capacity is ten kilograms. Additionally, the HTM.TRAY M features smart extras such as integrated tension straps, a mounting point for bottle or folding lock holders, and a mount for headlight brackets. MSRP is €89.95.
