If you have ordered items through our HartjeCarParts (HCP) online shop, you can also return the ordered goods this way. Contact our internal or field sales staff and have the delivery note or invoice number ready. When returning wear parts, you will also need a warranty application from the Gesamtverband Autoteile-Handel (GVA application) in the event of a warranty claim or for used goods.
